The first few days

Sawyer bought his baby sister a bear to snuggle with while she sleeps

We've tried to get Sawyer to hold his sister but after the first try he has determined that she's just too heavy!

Sawyer's 3rd Birthday!

All he wanted for his birthday was cake!

But he did get some toys as well...

Sawyer also got a tricycle that was Uncle Karl's and his mom's when they were little.

Sawyer really enjoyed riding the pony at the State Fair - I think someone might want a horse (he'd have to share with mom!)

In preparation for the new baby we had to get Sawyer a new bed - he choose a Thomas the Train bed. He was very excited today as it was being put together. So far the transition has been successful!

Weekend at Pacific Beach

We took our annual long weekend trip to the coast last weekend. We spent most of the time on the beach having camp fires, swimming - both Toby and Sawyer, and having bbqs.

Camping Father's Day Weekend

For Father's Day weekend we went camping with out friends the Massie's to Lake Easton in the Cascade Mountains.



Toby even got to go on his first camping trip which included swimming in the Yakima River.

Day at the Zoo

Despite the rain we made a trip to the zoo today.

Sawyer was the official map reader on our trip.

Even with running around looking at all the animals there was still time to play on the komodo dragon.
